(More customer reviews)This product is a great way to connect a refrigerator to a bottled water system. A few suggestions if you are considering the purchase of this unit or a similar solution where you need to connect bottled water to your fridge:
1. ITT (Flojet) also makes a "dual" bottled water system which allows you to connect two five gallon water bottles at the same time. They call this the "Dual Inlet Bottled Water Dispensing System" and the model number is BW1020A. If you intend to run both the refrigerator's icemaker and water dispenser and you use a lot of water, consider the dual system. I bought the dual inlet model instead and I'm glad I did, we go through a lot of bottled water since we can't really drink the well water here...
2. In our house, the kitchen shares a wall with the garage, and we were able to easily drill a hole and run the 1/4" line through the wall - this keeps the Flojet pump in a different room and makes changing the bottled water easier since we store it in the garage anyway. If you have the opportunity to setup your system this way, I highly recommend it. Having the pump in a different room is important because the pump is loud when running, and since the icemaker will kick in and out at various times it is nice to have the pump located elsewhere. I don't think I would be happy with this solution if the pump had to be inside the kitchen since the noise would be a real problem.
3. Since virtually every refrigerator with a water connection uses the 1/4" tubing line, and since this unit includes 20' of 1/4" tubing, you don't really need anything to connect this to a refrigerator except for a 1/4" tubing union, which is not included. You could get one at your local hardware store, but Amazon has them and they are Prime eligible, here is the link: Celcon Acetal Copolymer "Push to Connect" Tubing Connector - Union Connector , 1/4". These are the easiest possible connectors to use, just push the tubing in on both sides and you're done. Here is another example of a 1/4" union: JACO Bulkhead Union - 1/4 inch Tube O.D. The FloJet Model BW1000A Bottled Water Dispensing System is designed to pump water from commercially available 3, 5, or 6 gallon water bottles. The system delivers the bottled water under pressure to a sink mounted drinking water faucet, or to the water inlet of a refrigerator, icemaker, coffee brewer, or Jupiter Water Ionizer. I kept one for myself since I do a lot of cooking with garlic and onions. I rub my hands with the soap under cold water and all the bad odors disappear like magic from my fingers. It also works for taking the smell away after eating lobster in the shell. The enclosed soap dish is a nice touch and allows us to keep it by the sink all the time. Buy it just for the cool factor!

I ordered it on a Monday afternoon and it was delivered quickly. They sent me an tracking email so I knew when to expect it. and It arrived within 3 business days after I placed the order and that was without expediting shipping.
My parents really like how it's easy to use and there was no parts to put together. They just had to unpack it and plug it in. That's it! They have had this unit for about 2 weeks and they haven't complained about any problems. The temperature controls are also push button and theres a digital display. That makes it extremely easy for them to read and use. It fits 18 normal sized wine bottles, which is great for my parents since they have friends over all the time. (More customer reviews)Nice and simple pot. Has six hour timer, however, would like to have a longer delay for the day use. Also, when using the timer, it always resets the final temperature to 190 degree. Would be nice if it can "remember" the previous temperature setting. The inner container is coated with floury charcoal, not teflon coating that any other brands offer. It claims to bring out the fine taste of water. To me, at least it looks better than the grey teflon coating. Another feature missing is it does not come with the audible alarm.
Extra spec that I would like to know before ordering:
Power: 700 Watt
Temp setting: 140, 180, 190, 208
No audible alarm for any events.
After all, I am happy with the pot for the price and the build quality. Not sure if I would pay extra $30+ for the fancy features Zojirushi brand offers.

Tribest Purewise Water Distiller Review

Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until after my purchase.
The machine takes over 4.5 hours to produce less than one gallon of water.
The purpose of buying this distiller was to save money from buying bottled water from the store. Well, the machine runs for about 5 hours.
The electricity is going to cost more than the water was.
I have one gallon jugs here and the machine when finished, does NOT fill a one gallon jug, not even close.
Buy a distiller from a company who has a return policy...which lets you return it because you used it and were unhappy with it's performance.
I would say 90% of these distiller companies will only let you return it if you didn't use it. Then you charge you a restocking fee on top of your shipping charges to return it.
I vote NO on the product!

I replaced my older filter when this arrived from Amazon and it works, but the current version is an improvement over this one. The problem with this filter is the price they are demanding for a discontinued product. I paid way too much for this filter as it is inferior to the current item that is available on the market. Unfortunately, the vendor doesn't make it clear exactly which filter one is purchasing, since the current product's item number appears in parentheses here on Amazon (and, as I recall, on the vendor's website). I recommend finding the current filter and paying the few extra dollars as it is superior to this one.
