(More customer reviews)This hotpot boils water really fast. We like the water capacity, 5 quart, do not need to refill frequently. At the beginning, we worried about the energy consumption to reheat the water, maybe we should go with 4 quart hotpot. The 1 quart more water capacity probably cost a few cents more electric per week, but we don't have to disconnect power, bring it to the sink, add water, take it back and plug in that often. It holds up heat pretty good, once it boiled, it seals the temperature and does not need to reheat very often.
