(More customer reviews)In spite of everything I've read that convinced me to purchase this product I have been disappointed by yet another storage container that doesn't work properly. It sure seems like it's a tight lock once it's fully closed... when the locking tab isn't broken! This tab broke after just 2 days of use... incredible! The tab actually split vertically so that it can no longer lock the lid and cup together. And it wasn't even abused by some kid, it was properly handled by adults only. I guess I was the unlucky recipient of a defective product. As with such small items, I won't bother to send it back to Amazon (my time is worth more than the money), but this is clearly too expensive a set for the total lack of durability. For the same size, you're probably better off washing and reusing a glass jar of baby food. I will resume my quest for good quality freezing containers that actually close properly, but not buy this type of item online again. :(
