(More customer reviews)This dispenser works perfectly for a year - until, that is, when your one year warranty will expire. We called, reporting a leaking faucet before the year was up and were cross-examined about receipts etc. They are not interested in providing service. They say in writing that someone will come to your home for needed repairs. However, in reality they gave us the numbers for repair centers which were 6-12 hours away from us, who in turn refused to come out and service our machine. Avanti then said it would take up to a week to find a phone number of a service center for us.(We live an hour from a major US city.) They would not return calls, would not provide a refund, and generally could care less!!
