(More customer reviews)My wife recently bought this for my little 4 year old Ariel obsessed daughter. She LOVES it. I like it too, but have a few quibbles. While it's a well made bag of heavy nylon with attractive sparkly piping and sparkly inked design elements, the thermal padding isn't very thick and the insulation leaves a bit to be desired. The interior fabric is water resistant - but not a fully waterproof plastic. The interior isn't particularly easy to clean. There is no zip out liner to facilitate cleaning. There is a short shoulder strap, which everyone uses as a carrying handle - then there also a pair of too-short carrying handles right at the opening which no one uses and just get in the way when you are packing the bag. There is a single elastic velcroed loop inside for holding a sippy cup or water bottle that works fine. Other than that there is no interior organization.
All my quibbles are just minor quibbles. My daughter LOVES it because it's pretty and it works fine as a lunch bag.
