(More customer reviews)I have a Zojiroshi electric air pot and bought this one, much cheaper, for my mother to use. She is arthritic and this product is much easier to use, as it is a pushbutton instead of a pump. It arrived even faster than promised. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.
