I purchased this urn for a party I was hosting a few weeks ago. I was totaling surprised at the quality for the price I paid . It is very elegant looking and could be used for any type of function, either casual or formal. I don't like ordering on line because sometimes the item isn't want it looks like, but this wasn't the case.

(More customer reviews)Black and Decker should be ashamed of having their name associated with Primo. this product is terrible. the seal on the dispenser tap leaked from the moment it came out of the box. customer service had me take apart the unit and check the alignment of the button. this was not the problem. the tap seak leaked!!! they would not honor their warranty. basicaly a complete waste of money. the unit is useless. dont waste your money, avoid products from this company. i was ripped off . beware!
